Peanut Allergy Alert... Because of several peanut allergies within the primary/ intermediate hallway and within the school please refrain from sending your child to school with any classroom snacks that contain peanuts or peanut butter. We want to keep all of our students healthy and safe. Thank you for your thoughtful cooperation and consideration in this matter!

READ, READ, READ As part of your child's homework each evening he/she should be reading for at least 15 minutes every night. All students will be given a Reading Log in which they are to record their nightly reading titles. Parents are asked to sign off on the Reading Logs each evening as well.

Review those facts! As a way to keep us on our toes and help us remember our math facts we will be having daily facts tests each day to start off our math lessons.  Review them with your child at the breakfast table or on the way to school.

Can you name all fifty states and their capitals? Our fourth graders will soon be able to. Beginning the week of March26 we will start learning our states and capitals. We will be making flash cards and having weekly quizzes to help us do this. Make a game of it and help your child to study at home!
