ClassJump Closing Down

ClassJump.com which has been a non-profit public charity since 2010 will no longer be operating as a free resource for teachers and students as of April 1, 2016.

That's the hardest thing I've ever had to write, but write it I must.

Thank you for believing in what two guys tried to do all by themselves

Over the last six years, we've scrapped and clawed our way to raising the money to keep this web server paid for. We had a good run and believe we've provided as good a service as two guys with two computers could possibly offer. While we did the best we could, sometimes the best one can do simply isn't good enough and the decision to terminate services is a very sad, but necessary one .

As many of you may know, over the course of the last six years, I've never received a single dollar of compensation for keeping this beloved site operating. Just today in fact, I made a significant personal contribution to ClassJump, Inc so that the server will remain operational through the end of this month. I was happy to make this final contribution which pays for the site to remain open for a final month so that teachers can have the time to seek out new ways to communicate with their students and parents.

Thank you for all your kind words over the years. It's what's kept us going.
