Please bring all your materials to class each day. You will recieve a participation grade for it.
Remember to bring the novel of your choice each day. Please remember to bring your homework each day.

Welcome students and parents. Please be sure to read the parent/ student letter for English and review all the information. Please note that your child must read 40 novels of their choice before the end of the year. They will be given instruction as to what genre to read. Please help them to use the beautiful library in the Blount Count area. they will read 20 minutes each day in class and must read 20 minutes each night. This is one assignment that must be completed each day. There will be additional assignments as well.Thank you for your cooperation this year.

Dear students and parents:
The students will recieve a letter that must be reviewed and signed by both the students and the parens next week. All students will be reading 20 novels of choice this year. There will be times I will choose the genre. Please help the students to gain access to the public library. They must have these novels each day in class. They will read 20 minutes in class, and must read for 20 minutes or more each night. Please help me and your student to stay on top of this yearly assignment.
