Welcome to Science 8! We will spend the first semester studying the Earth in Space and geology. Second semester we will study the cell, and the human body systems of digestion, respiration and circulation. Our class will use lab and hands-on acitivites, games, notes, readings and summaries to keep class interesting. Homework will be assigned once a month, and on an as needed basis. More about homework later.
We are also participating in our first ever Science Fair. Our building fair will be held Feb. 22, with Regionals at MSSU on March 27. We are excited about the new adventure, and will have a list of deadlines and due dates in the very near future.
