2013 Baseball & Softball
updated February 27, 2013 Open gym begins March 23rd and March 30th for kids ages 9-12 boys will have the gym from 9-10:30 and girls will have it from 10:30-noon time. We will also be accepting registration forms...  WAA is a non-profit athletic program for children in the Whitefield Community.
The Whitefield Athletic Association is a group of parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, and friends who are joined together for one common goal, to get children involved with youth sports. We offer Soccer in the Fall, Basketball through the Winter, and T-Ball, Softball, and Baseball in the Spring. We hold meetings in the Whitefield School Library on the Second Sunday of every month at 6:00. Anyone is welcome to attend and become a member or just stop by to see what we are all about. Our programs are funded through player registrations, banner sales, bottle drives, community events, and concessions. Our goal is to raise as much money as possible so we can continue to lower palyer registrations and get as many kids involved as we can. If you would like to become a sponsor of WAA please attend a monthly meeting or contact an officer. We hope to see you at a meeting or at one of our Community Events coming up in the next few months. Registrations are being accepted until March 31 for the upcoming baseball & softball season. Registration fee of $35. Please mail to WAA PO Box 62, Whitefield ME 04353 or return to the school in an envelope marked WAA.
