11:45 - 12:10 Readers' Theater - We enjoy reading Junie B. Jones and Magic Tree House Books.
12:10 -12:30 Free Play
12:30 - 1:00 DEAR Time - We enjoy our quite reading time. This is the time we take AR test and receive awards for points earned. Also, during this time on Tuesdays, we have a special reading buddy visit our classroom. Our reading buddy listens to two children read at one time. On a normal day, our reading buddy will listen to about ten children read. This is something the children truly enjoy.
