Today is the Awesome Co-Band Show.
--Did you pass all of your classes the first six weeks?
---Have you turned in your CISD Emergency Release Form?
---Are you practicing at home?
---Have your parents, guardians, family, friends purchased their tickets for this game?
★★★Have you found your band shirt from last year? Dress for this performance is: Band shirt and Khakis with athletic shoes. ★★★
--Meet time to be announced, we will meet at the High School band hall. 8th Grade band students must take their instruments home after school on Friday, October 16th.
---Start talking to your parents and guardians about where they want to meet you after halftime.
Are they going to be in the stadium? If so, they can sign you out after halftime. (Ms. Ledesma and students being signed out in the stadium will be in the grassy area by the MEB stands.) Once parents and guardians sign you out in the stadium with Ms. Ledesma you are welcome to stay for the remainder of game or you may leave. Students who are being signed out at the stadium will carry their cases to the stadium when we walk over from the high school.
If your parents and guardians are not going to be at the game. They will need to pick you up by the high school band hall, they will be escorted by Mr. Story after halftime.
Parents and guardians, please communicate with your child. We want to make sure that your child will be with you at the end of halftime. We will not release students in the stadium without a parent or guardian. This is for their own safety.
