★★★Bring your instruments on the first day of school if you have it.★★★
---Its not too late to join our band family. If you have friends that did not sign up for band please let them know. Have them contact us as soon as possible.
--- Students who did not show up at our beginner drive in April will tryout and test instruments during their band class (first week of school).
----All beginner band students will need the Essential Elements 2000 Book 1 for their instrument. Books can be purchased on August 28th at the HFS band hall. Music & Arts will have these books. (If you pre-ordered in April your book will be delivered with your instrument)
---Students who will be playing a school owned instrument: Oboe, Bassoon, French Horn, Baritone or Tuba, will need to come on Friday August 28th to purchase mouthpieces and books.
The fee for a school owned instrument is $25.00 a semester and you may pay $50.00 for the whole year. This rental is through the band program.
--- If you do not have your instrument yet, there will be another beginner instrument drive on Friday, August 28th at HFS Band hall. Music & Arts will be there 5:00pm to 7:30pm. You can come in anytime during that time.
★★★ Instruments that were pre ordered back in April, will be delivered soon by Music and Arts. You will receive your instrument and book on the first day of your band class. ★★★
