My name is Katrina Ramsey and I am excited to be your child's teacher this year. I have been married to my husband, James, for 16 years. We have a 13 year old son named James. He is in the eighth grade and plays football and loves swimming. I have a Boston Terrior named Buddy and several fish. I have lived in Albertville all of my life and I am truly blessed to be able to teach at AES. I graduated from Albertville High School in 1991. I was a stay at home mom with my son until he entered first grade. Thus my journey to becoming a teacher began. My teaching career began in second grade, then I was transferred to Special Education. My prayers were answered and I was hired to teach at my home school. This is my second year to teach first grade and I am looking forward to many more years. I anticipate a great year ahead and if you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me at school.
