During 4th 6 weeks we are reading a book, "Of Sound Mind" while we continue with Unit 3. On the calendar the book is referenced as SM.

This semester students will be given 3 reading periods each six weeks. Students are to read material related to deafness. Students may borrow my personal books for these periods or check materials out from Martin HS or Arlington Public Library. Students are to read a minimum of 300 pages total during these 9 reading periods.
Each reading period students will write notes and will complete 2 book reports for the semester. One book report will be due the 5th six weeks and the other will be due the last six weeks.
This year students may choose to upload their project to www.wikispaces.com my user name is mhsbalthrop.
