In this class we will learn of the exciting ways of staying in shape and living a healthy, active, physical lifestyle. We will also go over the rules and actively participate in different sports.
Physical Education class will give you the foundation to live a lifestyle that will prevent many diseases and illnesses that are aquired from a lack of Physical activity.

Hey kids! Here is a great site for Eating Healthy. This will make sure that everybody can live a long and vigorous life. It will also make sure that you guys are alert when you are in class.

This class is used to help further assist teachers in getting acquainted with new technology and then learning how to translate that learned information to your students in a fun and educational manner!
