This course like its Regents counterpart focuses on the New York State standards of 11th grade Social Studies. The students are expected to pass the Regents exam at the end of the year. This two-part course provides higher level students the opportunity to obtain college credit at Hudson Valley Community College. It is an extremely challenging course requiring extensive reading. The students must take part in class discussions and group activities. They must take a final exam along with a Regents exam. HVCC SYLLABUS QUESTIONS ABOUT THE COLLEGE IN THE HIGH SCHOOL PROGRAM?
