I am studying music education at Valparaiso University and I will be graduating in the spring of 2013. I am extremely excited to take on the adventure of teaching music to students of all ages. I want to share the great things that music has done for me and what it can do for others.

All band students spend most of the fall semester participating in marching band. The band learns music and marching drills that are performed at competitions and football games.

This upper level class is designed for students who want to learn the interesting details of how music works. Students will learn about different chords, part writing, and the rules of music theory.
