On Tuesday, we will begin our study of Algebraic Equations using a program called: Algebra is Child's Play.
Students will use pawns, number cubes, and a balance scale template. We will go from the very concrete manipulation of these items to using pencil and paper to solve linear equations. It is truly amazing to watch the children grow in algebraic concepts.
