In the Introcuction to Art class, students explore a variety of mediums in both 2D and 3D and study the basic elements and principles of art. They begin to hone their creativity and skills as artists and learn art history, aesthetics, and the critique process.

In Painting 1, students learn to use their paints and spirits to make observed paintings full of expression. They work in a variety of mediums and are able to use their own creativity and imagination to create still life paintings, self portraits, and other great pieces.
