Bienvenidos! Spanish II is a meaningful, comprehensive class that develops students' communication skills in Spanish through their immersion in the language and culture of the Spanish-speaking world. The text for this class is Glencoe's ¡BUEN VIAJE! 2 and its integrated technology resources.
Students will continue to develop their communication skills for proficiency. Topics covered include: train travel; restaurant ordering; technology usage; clothes shopping; pastimes; hotel visits; medical emergencies; life in the city and country; Hispanic foods and celebrations; and, professions. Students will learn about the diverse culture of the Spanish-speaking world, and are introduced to Spanish literature, as well.
