Welcome to Mr. Hepperles Science Homework page.
This a where you can get homework updates and get copies of some handouts, calendars if you lose them. I don't have copies of the RNG's here. If you lose those, tell me ASAP. I do not have a conference period this year. Call 971-8260 ext. 1425 to leave a message. Email me at: m.hepperle@bonita.k12.ca.us
For parents, about RNG homework: RNG's are from a workbook called "Reading and Note Taking Guides". I tear out each chapter and staple them and hand them out at the beginning of each chapter. The questions are answered one section at a time and then corrected in class. They are usually due on Tuesdays and Thursdays If they are done on time and the answers that are wrong are fixed/corrected, I will reward them by increasing their percentage. If they are late and/or not corrected right, I may lower the grade.
Homework for science is generally as follows: RNG questions due on Tuesdays and Thursdays Flashcards are always due the first Friday of each new Chapter. Notes are taken in class and there is a part of them done on their own at home or in class. Notes are always due the day of the test. (They should always get an A for notes.) Tests are multiple choice for the most part and most of the questions are based on knowing/understanding the vocabulary. (Flashcards) They should have a three-ring notebook for science papers only and it should have 5 sections to it. You should be able to find all their completed/graded notes, RNGs, and tests plus the homework calendar in front.
