Education is what remains after one has forgotten what one has learned in school. -Einstein
Welcome to Mr. Jamerson's webpage! This is my first year as a teacher in a school with my own class of students. I say it that way, because I have been trying to teach many different things to people of all ages since I was about 13 years old. After 3 years of patience, I finally have a job and I am extremely excited about that! Teaching has always been a passion of mine and I am looking forward to getting my career going. At Moberly, I will be teaching Freshman Health, Freshman Connections and Adaptive Physical Education. Along with that I am the 7th grade boys basketball coach. Throughout the school year, if any questions arise you can always contact me by e-mail bjamerson@moberly.k12.mo.us or by phone 573-228-BENJ (2365). If making a phone call, please leave a message if I don't answer. Let's have a great school year! GO SPARTANS!
7th Grade Boys Basketball
9 Connections
This segment of the school day is designed to get students the help that they need to complete any task that needs to be done. Students will connect with their teacher as well as have the opportunity to work with small groups. This is not simply a study hall. As teachers, we want the opportunity to get to know each student. Connections is a time to build the relationships necessary to foster a positive learning environment.
Adaptive Physical Education
Students in this class have a wide range of physical abilities. This course is designed to get students with special needs up and active!
Health
Students in this class will take a look at a variety of topics related to Health and explore different strategies on how to become healthier individuals as well as help promote a healthier world.
