CURRENT EVENT NEWS SOURCES

     Our LaGuardia librarian, Ms. Tamarkin, has set up links for us to find articles on current events. 

     There is a link for students of Economics and there is one for Global IV students.  For Global students, note that there are newspapers from other countries that have translations available. 

       These resources are in addition to print sources that you may receive at home (New York Times, Time Magazine, etc.) and internet sources (BBC, Economist, Wall Street Journal, CNN, etc.).  Choose a reputable source that covers the topic you are reporting on.

            The links that Ms. Tamarkin has set up are listed below.  These links are also posted on the La! Library site under Social Studies.  To access these and other La! Library resources:
