This course is designed to improve and maximize strength in the major muscle groups of our student/athletes. The student will train for two 9 week cycles and be given periodic evaluations of their performance. The course is designed to improve the studentís muscle strength, mass, and durability. The student is expected to perform the lifts designed by the instructor. Our major lift emphasis will be the bench press, power clean, and weighted squats. The student will participate in agility training and develop sprinting skills. The goal is to have our students bigger, faster, and stronger at the end of the semester.
