GUYS check out the AWESOME essay DANIELA N. wrote. She totally deserves a spot on my website!!! Thanks Daniela, way to go!!! Essay on drugs

“Weu, Weu, Weu!!” Do you hear that? That is what you’ll hear when you’re intoxicated. There are three reasons why you shouldn’t do drugs. First, you can hurt yourself and other people, another reason is because you will disappoint people you love or know, and finally you shouldn’t do drugs is because you will end up in jail and charged for a crime. I hope that after you read my essay you will be convinced that you shouldn’t do drugs.
First, you shouldn’t do drugs because you will hurt yourself and other people. Well, obviously you will hurt yourself because of your health. For example when you smoke and you get an x-ray you can see the difference between a normal, healthy lung and an unhealthy, dirty, ashy lung. But you can hurt yourself in other ways too. Imagine something terrible just happened. For example your girlfriend/boyfriend just broke up with you! Imagine that you get so mad you want to make yourself happy by doing drugs and drinking that way you can feel better. So now you’re hooked on… addicted. So you’re driving and you feel dizzy, you don’t know where you’re going, you don’t know what’s happening…you’re loosing control! And all of a sudden… BAM!! You just ran over a little boy and killed him. Or in another case maybe you get so mad at something that you take drugs to feel better and then you’re addicted so you don’t know what you’re doing and you’re acting crazy so you start smashing weights into your head or etc.
Another reason, why you shouldn’t do drugs is because you will disappoint people you love or know. Think about it. I mean how would you like to be on TV! That would be so cool! And now everyone knows you and everyone recognizes you from TV! But guess what? They know you because you were put in jail for doing drugs, killing a boy or etc. How would you like your friends, family, parents, and girlfriends/boyfriends to know that you were doing drugs? I don’t know about you but I do know that I wouldn’t like that to be me. And that will stay in your mind and your heart for the rest of your life. For the best way for all of this not to happen is for you not to take the drugs. Make a list of things you could do to cope with your problems and you’ll feel much better.
Lastly, you shouldn’t do drugs because you will end up in jail and be charged for many crimes. For example let’s say someone offers you drugs and you buy them. Then you become addicted. You’re driving recklessly and you crash into a big important building in Wall Street. Imagine that later, you are sent to jail for 10 years. Imagine you are poor ( which shouldn’t happen because you should study and follow your dreams) and then you go to court to find out if you are guilty or innocent. You were guilty and later charged for reckless driving, crashing into a building, killing people that were in the building, destroying 12 cars, disobeying stop signs, red lights, speed limit, disobeying officers, and having no seat belt on. That would be a lot more than $4,000 and you can’t afford that so there’s only one more thing you can do…JAIL. So now you are sent to jail for 19 years! That’s just sad. And then you would have to get into rehab. And trust me after you get out of jail no one will be there for you. You’re friends will not hang out with someone that does drugs because they pick the friends they think they should hang out with. And you’re girlfriend/boyfriend they will break up with you because of the same reason. You’re family will be so ashamed of you that you probably wouldn’t be welcome in their house anymore. And now it seems like even now that you got out of jail you still feel the same. You feel lonely. So it’s like you’re still in jail.
Finally, you shouldn’t do drugs because you will hurt yourself and other people, you will disappoint people you love or know, and lastly you will end up in jail and be charged for many crimes. Please when someone offers you drugs don’t try it. You can change how your life will be. You can have great life. Thank you for reading my essay and I hope that now you are convinced that you should not do drugs. So please once again, don’t do drugs and bear in mind how your life can end up.
