This class integrates sixth grade language arts curriculum and world cultures. We will explore various cultural traits, and deternime how cultures shape our world. This will be done by reading both short text and novels that are rich with examples of culture. Research and written responses will support student learning about our diverse world as well as build written communication skills.

Math Lab is an elective class that focuses on individual student needs. It is designed to close gaps in math understanding by use of small group instruction, hands on activities, problem solving, and direct instruction.
