Course Overview: The Advanced Spanish Language Course is intended for students who desire to develop proficiency in all five language skills: grammar, reading, writing, speaking, and listening. Students who enroll should have a basic knowledge of the language and should have attained reasonable proficiency in the five language skills. COURSE DESCRIPTION:
This is an elective course for students who have completed Spanish 1 and wish to study two or more years of a foreign language. This course offers greater opportunity to carry on
conversation and to write in class. The students will be exposed to Spanish structure and grammar through classroom conversations, listening exercises, vocabulary practice, and
written exercises. Exploring, understanding and investigating other Hispanic cultures will also be a large focus of this course.
