Welcome to Mrs. Ehrlich's Computer Applications classes. You will be learning many new things this year in Computer Applications. We will be working on fun projects and learning software in MS Office.
It is very important to be aware of ergonomics when using the computer. It is also important to learn about cyber-safety when using the internet. If you want to practice keying, there are typing games online that can help you improve your speed and accuracy. To better understand what the toolbar icons represent in MS Word there are some great tutorial lessons online, too.

This class is the beginning class for computers. Students will be exposed to numerous keyboarding programs that will enhance their keyboarding skills.
Students will also be introduced to Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
Remember, it is very important to be internet "smart" online!
Discover a site that has fun typing games and lessons to practice your skillbuilding in keyboarding. Remember to use the correct fingers and not to look at your fingers!
