Basic Reading Skills
This class is design for development of reading skills with individual students. Students work within the class to remediate and develop phonetic skills needed to improve overall reading.

Basic Study Skills
This class is design to assist student in with organization, test/quiz preparation, and the exploring and development of personal learning styles. In addition, the class introduces and reinforces a variety of learning techniques and strategies designed to enhance study skills. With journal entries, brief reading and short lessons, students have to opportunity to foster independence, self motivation and effective study habits to assist them in all facets of their high school education. Student also review they role and the role of others in the IEP process.
