Cardio Fitness Calendar
Week 1: Syllabus, Lockers, Uniforms, stations
During this course we will mix up our days with a variety of cardio exercises including Pilates, yoga, fitness workouts, running, walking, sprinting, tai chi, kick boxing, tae boe, dance cardio, ect....
During course:
Students learn about target heart rate, keep journals and track progress, run the mile every Wednesday and learn relaxation techniques, lead a 15 minute workout of their choice for the final.

Semester 1 will be December 9th 7pm.
