TABATA (20 SEC WORK, 10 SEC REST, 4 MINUTES EACH ROUND with 1 minute rest between exercise). Score is total reps completed.

PERSONAL FITNESS 1-6
Personal Fitness is a graduation requirement in the state of Florida and the purpose of the course is for students to:

  • acquire knowledge of physical fitness concepts
  • understand the significance of lifestyle on health and fitness
  • begin to develop an optimal level of fitness
TEAM SPORTS 1-6
Students will learn the benefits of team work and practice those concepts within organized games and selected team sports.
