Week of March 5- Chapter 3 Quiz Workouts: Team Relay Races 15 Squats Suicide Run 15 Push-Up Suicide Run x3-4 pending time then, Medcine Ball Relay Race (400m) with 2 burpee penalty for drops or breaking rules. Last 2 Weeks Workouts: "Valerie" 400 M run 8 tire flips 16 lunges 400 M run 8 tire flips 16 broad jumps 400 M run 8 tire flips 16 lunges "CORE CIRCUIT" 5 MIN AMRAP Station 1: Burpees (# of burpees is score) Station 2: Core (plank, bfsu and russian twist) 30sec on, 15 rest x3 Satation 3: Cardio Machine: 5 minute Pace TABATA (20 SEC WORK, 10 SEC REST, 4 MINUTES EACH ROUND with 1 minute rest between exercise). Score is total reps completed. 1. Squats 2. BFSU 3. Push-ups 4.
