Leslie A. E. Booth Media Center
At the moment that we persuade a child, any child, to cross that threshold, that magic threshold into a library, we change their lives forever, for the better. Barack Obama

Welcome to the Leslie A. E. Booth Media Center. Our mission is to support the curriculum of Boonton High School and to ensure that every one in the school community, students, teachers and staff; are "effective users of ideas and information."

The Library Media Center provides access to fiction, nonfiction, reference materials, video recordings, current magazines and electronic resources. Our catalog is now available online and we are part of the inter-library loan system in the state of New Jersey. This allows our students and faculty access to all the library materials in the state through our library.

It is important to teach students information literacy skills to prepare them to be life long learners so they can thrive in our constantly changing global environment. The students discover the joy of reading by being exposed to both academic and recreational materials.
