Service Learning Project - Fleece Tie Blankets:
On Tuesday Novemeber 10, a reperesentative from the Tubman Women's Shelter in Lake Elmo will be meeting with our 6th graders about their service learning project. The Tubman Shelter is very exctied about the potential of receiving so many blankets.
Some of our blanket will also be given to the VA Hopsital, to those in critical care and to their homeless population.
WE CURRENTLY HAVE ENOUGH FLEECE TO MAKE 135 BLANKETS! THANK YOU FOR YOUR DONATIONS.
