This is a full American History survey course aimed at meeting college requirements. Students are instructed in historical instruction, writing and assessment.

This survey course covers American History from the Age of Discovery to Reconstruction. Special emphasis is placed on skills such as note-taking, outlining, writing and testing. This course is designed for individuals who are interested in an academic challenge and preparation for further accelerated courses.
