This is my 26th year of teaching after graduating from the University of Central Missouri. I have taught 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 6th grades as well as technology and health. This is my sixteenth year as a third grade teacher. I have a master�s degree in education from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. I am also a registered nurse. I live in Mascoutah with my husband Jeff. We have two children. Our son Matt lives in Mascoutahjust eight houses down our street with his wife Kari and sons Jakob, Jaden, & Jameson. Our daughter Jennifer lives in Indiana (our home state) with her husband Jason and sons Jackson, Jacoby, and Joshua. I also have a West Highland Terrier puppy named Maggie. When I have any free time I love to read, sew, and spend time on a computer.
