| WEIGHT TRAINING |
This course is designed to improve the overall strength, speed, and condition of each student. The purpose of this class is to motivate and encourage students in a life-long love of strength and conditioning and to assist them in enhancing their performance in their sport of interest. Free weights and a variety of speed and conditioning drills will be used to accomplish this purpose. Weight Training is meant for the serious athlete or the athlete that wishes to take his/her game to the college level.

1st Period - Weight Training
2nd Period - Weight Training
3rd Period - Weight Training
4th Period - Weight Training
5th Period - Planning
6th Period - Weight Training
