This semester our first graders are studying Vincent Van Gogh. He produced an amazing amount of work in a short period of time. Visit this site to view close-ups of his paintings--especially his Sunflowers! Then click on National Sunflower Association to learn all about this bright flower. Also, be sure to tune in for a Van Gogh podcast. You'll enjoy hearing a report about this famous artist from several of our former second grade art students!
