AP Human Geography, 1st and 2d hours ALL YEAR (2011-2012 school year)
To message me please use aburfein@sowashco.k12.mn.us. The purpose of the AP Human Geography course is to introduce students to the systematic study of the patterns and processes that have shaped human understanding, use, and alteration of Earth's surface. Students employ spatial concepts and landscape analysis to examine human social organization and its environmental consequences. They also learn about the methods and tools geographers use in their science and practice. (Source: http://apcentral.collegeboard.com) Students may retake any of the quizzes and the essay section of any of the tests. The lowest test score will be dropped (if it benefits the student).
