Dear Pin Oak Parents/Families - I am helping to recruit & organize volunteers for Pin Oak's Evening with the Stars fundraiser, which will be held on Friday, Nov. 12, from 6:00-9:00 p.m. Many of you offered to help with last year's event; I am hoping you will consider giving an hour or so of your time to help make this year's event a big success. Volunteers are needed to help at the ticket & check-in tables, raffle ticket booth, silent auction tables, auction check-out, food serving area, & carnival games, as we all as set-up & take-down for the event. (Specific details of volunteer assignments and shifts will be finalized as we get closer to the date.) Please let me know if you can help, or if I can answer any questions. (If you're already committed to volunteer through the Fine Arts department, please let me know & I'll take you off future e-mails.)
